Managing an event like the BT Young Scientist & Technology exhibition, where we move over 50,000 young people through our multi-hall event space offers us some real and interesting challenges. Including the safety, security and comfort of our patrons. We have been working with Ron and his team for over 4 years now, and we are proud to have be part of the impetus and development of the REDZone product which we used across our entire event in January of this year. REDZone has enabled us to reallocated expensive security personnel who were dedicated to manually clicking people in and out of our event halls. The real time data allows my team to manage the flow of people entering the event and visiting the different spaces, like our BT Arena. Rezone certainly made a difference this year, as the data was real time. Post analysis gave us a clear understating of how our event ran and possible changes we can make to improve our customer experience.
